We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located near a ski resort, making it easy for us to hit the slopes. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The service was top-notch, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the tour assistance provided by the staff. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa facilities. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the infinity pool, which offered a truly relaxing experience with its stunning views. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the slopes, making it easy to ski in and ski out. The spacious room is equipped with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The spa area is clean and includes multiple saunas. Bonus perks include free electron bikes and a stunning view of the mountains.

Some dishes offered at dinner were inconsistent in quality, leaving room for improvement.

Fabulous location, nice hotel with spatious and spotless rooms with a brethtaking view over the mountains and Schladming town. Verry frendly and helpfull personnel, great restaurant and excellent spa with heated indoor-outdoor swimming pool and the best "sauna land". No chanse to get bored. The hotel organise everyday activities. We also rented a car and we traveled all over the Schladming-Rormoss, Dachstein, Hallstad, Bad Ischl and Salzburg. We had the best holliday! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Additionally, the breakfast served every morning was delicious and provided me with the energy I needed for a busy day. Finally, the transportation to my activities was very convenient and easy to find.

The hotel was in a good location, close to nearby attractions and restaurants. We appreciated the included breakfast and the option for half-board meals. the gym was well-equipped with modern machines. despite some drawbacks, it was an okay stay.

The staff could be a little bit more friendly, especially during check-in. The room was quite small and uncomfortable, and we could hear noise from the bar downstairs.

The perfect service, friendly and smiling staff, fantastic SPA with panoramic views, comfortable and clean rooms, complimentary electric bicycles for exploring the area, great breakfast with a variety of options.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the town, which made it easy to get to the Christmas markets and other attractions. The room was cozy and warm and the bed was comfortable, which was great for the cold winter nights. The festive decor really made it a special holiday experience.

The service was disappointing, the staff were not friendly or accommodating. The Christmas meals were basic and lacked flavor, which was a letdown. it was an expensive experience that did not live up to our expectations. We were quite disappointed with our xmas stay at this hotel.
